Warranty Details

We're here to help you with your warranty claim, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Before proceeding, please take a moment to review our warranty policies below.

At EcoTrack Equipment, customer satisfaction is our top priority. It's important to note that EcoTrack Equipment is  division of EcoPod Systems Inc., so your warranty concerns may be handled by either or both of these entities.

If you encounter any issues with your loader or attachment, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support Team. They're trained to assist with most common issues over the phone, saving you time and minimizing disruptions to your work.

To expedite the warranty process, we kindly ask for photos of the issue(s) and the overall condition of the attachment. These photos should be sent via email to contact@ecopodsystems.com along with a description of the problem. Photo documentation is necessary for all warranty claims, so please make sure to include them.

We aim to resolve issues efficiently, which is why we usually cover the cost of standard LTL freight and ground shipping for warranty parts and attachments sent from our warehouse to you or your dealer. Please note that Next Day Air or any other special freight services are not covered under warranty but can be arranged at your expense.

Here are some specific details regarding our warranty:

Cylinders:
Cylinders are covered for one year, but please avoid disassembling them as it will void the warranty. In the event of a cylinder failure, please submit a warranty claim before attempting any repairs. If a cylinder is found to be defective, we'll exchange it, covering the shipping of the new cylinder. However, if the cylinder is confirmed as non-defective, you'll be responsible for shipping it back and the cost of the replacement cylinder.

Hydraulic or Electric Motors:
Products with these motors have a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Disassembly voids the warranty, so please submit a warranty claim before attempting any repairs. If a motor is found to be defective, we'll exchange it, but blown seals are not covered under warranty. Also, electric motors which have been submersed in water are not covered under warranty. Please do not disassemble the motor, as it will void the warranty.

Batteries:
Batteries have their own 1 year warranty.  Like all batteries, the batteries are considered a consumable item. General use, charging and
discharging the battery will gradually reduce thier capacity. This is normal. However, batteries that have been charged incorrectly, or have been left in cold temperatures for long periods of time, may discharge to the point of not being able to be changed again, and as such, will not be covered under warranty.  It is the owner's responsibility to check and keep the batteries charged and to occasionally tighten battery terminals.  Please note that the electrolytes in the battery are strong corrosive acids. Do not tamper with the batteries. Opening the battery case while charging is strictly prohibited. Only qualified auto or farm equipment electrical technicians are allowed to open the battery case.

Exclusions:
Please note that bent tines/cylinders and damages caused by external forces such as weather are not covered under warranty. Ground-engaging components such as attachments, tools, and tires are considered normal wear items unless clearly faulty. Battery charging and discharging will gradually reduce its capacity,  as such, batteries are considered a consumable item. Any modification or alteration may void the warranty, and we reserve the right to decline any warranty claim at our discretion. In addition, damage caused by the operator or others is not covered under warranty. 

Ownership:
Our warranty is valid for products purchased through www.ecoptrackequipment.com or authorized dealers only. Proof of purchase is required. Products purchased from third parties, including auction houses, are not covered under our warranty.

Limited Liability:
In no case shall EcoTrack Equipment, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the products procured from EcoTrack Equipment, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the product.
