EcoTrack Equipment is shipped from either our primary distribution facility in Cambridge, Ontario, or our Discovery Centre in Berkeley, Ontario. Most orders require approximately 2 to 3 business days for processing, inspection, and shipment preparation. Delivery times vary based on destination, accessibility, and carrier schedules, typically ranging from 1 to 14 business days.
For local deliveries, EcoTrack loaders are typically transported on a tilt-and-load trailer, allowing the machine to be driven directly off the trailer and onto the ground upon arrival. For longer-distance shipments, units are generally transported on a flatbed trailer. In these cases, the customer is responsible for providing suitable unloading equipment, such as a forklift, telehandler, or other machinery with sufficient lifting capacity to safely unload the unit.
EcoTrack can arrange delivery to virtually any location throughout Canada and the United States.

- Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover parts that naturally wear down with use.
